confessions of an over-achiever
This is the first noozletter we have put out in a couple months because of finals, projects, grading, finishing one semester, starting a new one, giving a lectures on evidences of God and on the ProLife view of Life. Bottom line: We haven't been lazy - just overworked. (Sabbath? What's that?)
Great news: Jaso and Mark got a chance to talk to 150+ high schoolers on the existence of God at Biola. Mark got to speak to a couple thousand people on Life Sunday with the presentation that you can have for free below - LifeLines.
Thanks to all who took time to pray about the ProLife teaching and write back and tell us you did. What a blessing you prayer people are, and what encouragement it was! The teaching went amazingly well, considering the subject and how put-off many Christians can get by it. Thank you so much for your intercession!
And now back to our regularly scheduled program...

new prolife powerpoint is born
We took our tract LifeLines, An Introduction to Defending the Unborn with Respect, in Love and turned it into a powerpoint presentation here. Want it? Go get it!
(For Apple Keynote people, a Keynote version of a lot of our stuff is coming this year. You may already know Keynote is slick and professional beyond anything Powerpoint can do. Stay tuned...) |

new caveman powerpoint is evolved!
Kidding on that evolved part! But we did "borrow" a powerpoint from our RTB buddy, Virgil Robertson, and have posted it here. It has to do with the whole origin of man problemo. Want to see how the Bible plays a role in this debate? Go get it, Grog, and see for yourself! As usual, it's free. |

new apologetics site spotted
On top of the piles of doo-doo on the web you will occasionally find a flower growing, some place worth going to. Roger Overton has attempted to create such a flower at Ambassadors for Christ. Listen to this! "This website is offered to you as a resource to help you become a better Ambassador. We are constantly posting more articles, products, and events that we pray will help you along the way." Check it out and add it to the quiver of good apologetics site already out there. Go from here. Be warmed. |

passionate preview
We look with great anticipation to Mel Gibson's The Passion of the Christ. Here you can find the preview. (Here you can find others.) We haven't seen any Jesus movie worth watching since Zeffirelli's Jesus of Nazareth. Are you ready for this one? |

we have no ID how this got here
I know what you were thinking. No, really. It goes something like this: Guys, where can I get an easy-to-read overview and introduction to the whole Intelligent Design movement? Not to worry. Darrick Dean, another extremely busy apologist the likes of Richard Deem, has written a concise intro to the ID movement. Go to this page, print it out, and get all caught up - sort of. Remember it is just an intro! |

from the tract rack!
This month we feature our tract, LifeLines, An Introduction to Defending the Unborn with Respect, in Love. You want to know how to defend the prolife position, don't you? We thought so. Go here, download, print out, and enjoy your reading. (And download the powerpoint above.) |

prayer request!
I (Mark, the handsome one) get a chance to speak at a church near San Diego about Genesis One in February. And I speak 4 times in one week in March. One on Genesis One, another on evil and suffering, one on Design in the Universe, and a new one on the Deity of Christ.
PLEEEEEASE PRAY!
It makes such a difference! And look for a new powerpoint on the Deity of Christ next month. ;) |

as promised!
We promised in our Noozletter webpage to keep you up-to-date on Hockey standings. As of this writing the Flyers lead the Atlantic division, Maple Leafs the Northeast, the Lightning top the Southeast; Redwings top the Central, Avalanche (boo!) the Northwest, and the Sharks(!) lead the Pacific. Our LA Kings are third in the Pacific. Go Kings!
(Superbowl? What's that?) |
| Thanks for your kind words of support and encouragement. We don't expect to please everyone with what we say and how we do it. So prayer and encouragement are always welcome. Thanks very much from the three of us! |
