From all my lame defeats and oh! much more,
From all the victories that I seemed to score;
From cleverness shot forth on Thy behalf,
At which, while angels weep, the audience laugh;
From all my proofs of Thy divinity
Thou, who wouldst give no sign, deliver me.

Some of our new-found NYPD friends. Called in for extra duty from all over the other burroughs, they here are working early morning hours watching the perimeter. And they were extremely friendly and appreciative.
From St Joseph's. This is the Hudson River side of the Site. Damage can be seen between the buildings. The Towers were behind the buildings to the right.
In front, the firefighter memorial; to the left and up the street, another Victim's Memorial. The glow in the back is the Site. See personal letters below.

A personal memorial in Soho
This and the two pictures below were what really ripped us up. Being allowed into the Ground Zero area we saw that which was so immense as to be surrealistic. But these letters made it real and human and painful. CLICK on the images to see one bigger and more readable.
A personal memorial for the man honored above, Louis Aversano, is here.
Imagine seeing and reading hundreds of these around the perimeter and we all get just a glimpse of what the Attack has done. Please pray for these people!
